Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but understand that damages in shipment may occur.  If your item is received damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery date to get a replacement at no extra charge.  If for some unfortunate reason you are not satisfied with you handmade item, please contact us immediately so that Christina can personally attend to you.  Please note that we do not provide refunds.
